A Wedding Photo Booth Rental Checklist

We’ve put together a checklist of some of the issues a bride might need to consider when hiring a photo booth rental company for their big day. We’ve also included information on how Let’s Click Photo Booths handles these issues. Let us know if we’re missing anything!

1. Will you be charged extra for travel to the venue?

With Let’s Click Photo Booths: Travel within 90 minutes of the Oklahoma City & Tulsa metro areas is free of charge. We try as far as possible to not charge a travel fee.

2. Is there a charge for a memory book?

With Let’s Click Photo Booths: Memory books are included with our standard and premium packages.

3. Will the photo booth fit in the venue?

With Let’s Click Photo Booths: Our units are modular and can fit in all venues

4. Will someone be on hand to help out during the event?

With Let’s Click Photo Booths: Two people are normally on hand to help with the booth. One to man the booth and another to keep props tidy and assist with guest questions.

5. Are the photo booth templates professionally designed?

With Let’s Click Photo Booths: Yes. Designs can also be coordinated with David’s Bridal color palette.

6. Will i receive a soft (digital) copy of all the pictures after the event?

With Let’s Click Photo Booths: A USB flash drive of all the pictures, both the strips and individual photos is included with our standard and premium packages (i.e. at no extra charge). Guests can also download high resolution digital copies from the Let’s Click Photo Booths website free of charge. These can then be taken to CVS, Walgreens etc for printing.

7. Is a social media station included?

With Let’s Click Photo Booths: A social media station, an iPad on a stand is included with every standard and premium rental. This allows guests to share all the pictures (16 at a time) to Facebook, Twitter and via email to friends and family.

8. Does everyone included in the picture receive a print?

With Let’s Click Photo Booths: With our standard and premium packages everyone will receive a print. We will also ensure that an additional copy is printed and ask that this is placed in the memory book together with a personal message for the bride and groom.

9. Are props included in the cost of the rental?

With Let’s Click Photo Booths: We bring over 200 props to every event including hats, boas, mustaches, fun signs and necklaces (to name but a few). To help display these we arrange them on two tables and a hat stand close to the booth. Guests rave about the quality and selection available to them.

10. What are your cancellation policies in the event of bad weather?

With Let’s Click Photo Booths: While we love living and working in Oklahoma we recognize that the weather can be very changeable. That’s why we recently introduced a 100% refund guarantee for events between January 1 and March 31. We’ll work with you to find an alternative date but if that’s not possible we’ll ensure you get your money back.

11. will all the pictures be available online after the event for people to view?

With Let’s Click Photo Booths: We aim to have all pictures online within 24 hours of the event. We set up two galleries. One for the picture strips or postcards and another with all of the individual photos. Links to high resolution versions of all the photos are included and can be downloaded or shared online by the bridal party and your guests free of charge.

12. Is there a surcharge for paying by credit card?

With Let’s Click Photo Booths: While we pay a small fee to process your payment via credit card we do not pass this on to you. We prefer to take payments in this way as it offers you the maximum level of protection available – should an issue arise you will also have the opportunity of calling your credit card company – that’s why we strive to offer you a high level of service at a very competitive price.

When the weather outside is frightful… rely on us

My first introduction to the very variable weather of Oklahoma was a saying I kept hearing from my wife’s family

Stick around long enough and the weather will change!

I only truly understood what they meant when the weather went from being sunny, warm and 72 on the Friday to in the 30’s with 9 inches of snow the next day.

Oklahoma’s very variable weather can create havoc for event planners, brides and their guests. While we can’t control the weather we’ve tried to mitigate its impact on our events by having access to 4 wheel drive vehicles to battle our way through the snow. For events during January – March, we’re also offering a new 100% refund service for events that are cancelled altogether due to the weather.

Having lived in Oklahoma long enough to experience the weather (and several snow and ice storms),  we thought it only fair to offer our 100% cancellation guarantee as an option –  judging by the number of bookings we’re getting for events during January – March, our clients seem to agree.
